Birth Imprints

Our experiences during birth (both giving birth and being born) create lasting imprints and unconscious narratives that can dramatically impact our lives and the lives of our descendants. Understanding the power of these imprints, and helping clients integrate them in ways that heal and empower is a foundational modality that underlies all of Luka’s work.

Memories are much more than what we consciously remember; they are implicit and cellular, becoming a part of our bodies and affecting the way we exist in the world. This is true even for our earliest experiences, including experiences in utero and during birth. A birth imprint or traumatic birth experience that hasn’t been integrated can overwhelm our internal true essence and can contribute to depression, anxiety and other challenges in life, as well as affect future generations.

While Luka utilizes her understanding of Birth Imprints in all of her work, she also offers individual sessions that focus on uncovering and integrating these imprints for her clients.
